On February 1, 2024, TechCoop Technology and Investment Cooperation Joint Stock Company (TechCoop) and Sorimachi Vietnam Company Limited (Sorimachi) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the cooperation of the two parties in Vietnam in 2024.

The common goal of this MOU is to support the Cooperatives in Vietnam to have better access to various technology – commerce – finance resources, contributing to the development and improvement of the Vietnam Agriculture in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era.

Specifically,

– The Japanese partner, Sorimachi will conduct the introduction/training/deployment of key software appliances from Japan such as the WACA (accounting system) and the FACEFARM (plantation management system) to the Cooperatives across Vietnam.

– Whereas, Techcoop company will accompany and support the Cooperatives in reaching the technology (ERP) – trade (input/output financing) – markets (exported markets) resources much faster.

This cooperation is expected to bring up great opportunities for Cooperatives nationwide, leading to upgraded qualification and operational competency of the cooperatives, as well as more effectively boosting the collaboration with international and domestic trade/finance institutions and business partners.
