TPHCM, Vietnam – Vietnam’s Agri-Tech startup, Techcoop, has announced the initial closure of its Series Seed Extension funding, securing a total of US$5 million in equity and debt investment. Ascend Vietnam Ventures (AVV) and Singapore-based VC firm TNB Aura lead the investment, with returning investors Ethos Ventures, South Korean impact investor MYSC, and Mandala Capital also participating in the fundraising round. This financing milestone comes on the heels of a year marked by significant growth for Techcoop, boasting a robust 45% month-over-month revenue increase. Positioned with a mission to empower millions of smallholders in Vietnam and enhance various value chains through trade, finance, and digital inclusion, Techcoop remains poised for further expansion and impact.

“The funding is a tremendous vote of confidence in our mission and vision,” said Hao Diep, co-founder & CEO of Techcoop. “We are grateful for the support from institutional equity and debt investors in Vietnam and other parts of Asia, and we are excited to partner with them as we strive to make a lasting impact on the lives of farmers across the country.”
