TechCoop Launches the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) Program to Address Digital Transformation Gaps in SMEs and Agriculture

On March 14, 2025, TechCoop officially launched the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) Program, a flagship initiative under our Sustainable Supply Chain Services (3S) and succession management strategy. This program is specifically designed to tackle a pressing issue in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the agricultural sector: the lack of a digitally competent next generation to lead business transformation.

Many family-run businesses struggle with succession in the digital era. The current business leaders – while experienced in traditional operations – often face challenges adapting to rapid technological advancements. Their successors, usually the younger generation, are more tech-savvy but may lack real-world business application experience. The CDO Program bridges this gap by providing hands-on training in digital transformation tailored to business operations, ensuring a seamless transition for future leaders.

What makes the CDO Program unique?

Industry-Focused Digital Transformation: Participants gain practical experience in implementing digital solutions relevant to their family businesses, particularly in agriculture and supply chain management.

Guidance from Industry Leaders: The program is backed by the expertise and sponsorship of:
Mr. Tuan Nguyen – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Hau Nguyen – Director of Export & Supply Chain
Mr. Duy Tran – Head of Digital Transformation, who personally designs and leads the program’s curriculum.

Strengthening Family Businesses and Partnerships: By equipping the next generation with digital leadership skills, TechCoop reinforces both our customers’ business continuity and the long-term resilience of our ecosystem.

The CDO Program is more than just a training initiative – it is a strategic response to the urgent need for digital leadership succession in agriculture and SMEs. Stay tuned for more updates as we cultivate the next wave of digital transformation leaders!
